Nutrition Class
Have you ever heard the saying that "You are what you eat!"?
Participants in Nutrition class will learn about the value of nutrition and the important role of the food they eat in their lives. This class is designed to keep the participant interested in how different foods create different moods and why it is important to eat things that grow!
Dancing is a great way to exercise. Stomp your feet, practice Zumba, hip-hop, tap, jazz, ballet or whatever you like, just move! Students are inspired to move around how they choose to or keep up with the instructor! All dance classes adapt to the participants. Have a dance party workout with easy to follow, low or high impact dance steps to a variety of music!
Participants can create art with paint, sand, beads and other handy safe materials on items like rocks, t-shirts, hats and canvas paper, all art students create, can be brought home!
