Welcome!

The  journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters, this enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to all of my students. I have over 12 Early Childhood Education Units and the following Certifications and Licenses:

*Yoga Certification 

*Group Fitness Trainer Certification 

*Zumba Instructor License

*Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Certificate of Completion

*Certified Administrative Medical Assistant    

*Real Estate Salesperson License

I am fully insured. I am a former Wrangler Belle, Cheerleader and Track athlete.  I teach Dance Fitness, Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Chair Exercise, Chair/ Seated Tap, Chair Dance Fitness, Stretch, Body Sculpt, Resistance Bands, and Tai Chi. I have a clear background check and fingerprint clearance. I have over twenty years of experience teaching all ages between 2 to 104 years old! I provide a fun, safe, loving and supportive environment. I guide you step by step!

Exercising outdoors has many benefits like increasing vitamin D levels which can help boost your immune system. Outdoor exercising can help you connect with nature and feel great, it can also enhance your physical and mental health. 


Dance is a fun way to exercise and stay fit! Dance Fitness combines body sculpting exercises with dance, dance can vary between Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet and Zumba. This class will help build your stamina and sculpt your body!
