I am a former Wrangle Belle, Cheerleader and Track athlete. I teach Dance Fitness, Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Chair Exercise, Chair/ Seated Tap, Chair Dance Fitness, Stretch, Body Sculpt, Resistance Bands, and Tai Chi. I have a clear background check and fingerprint clearance.

Dance is a fun way to exercise and stay fit! Dance Fitness combines body sculpting exercises with dance, dance can vary between Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet and Zumba. This class will help build your stamina and sculpt your body!
